Andrea and Shauna’s friendship began on the trails of the Sisters, Oregon running club, fueled by a shared obsession: how nutrition powers adventure. Whether we’re coming off a mountain run or finishing a gym session, our conversation always turns back to the kitchen.
We understand the juggle because we live it. We know that some days require quick, functional fuel to tackle a to-do list, while others offer the luxury of culinary experimentation.

We love to cook and share recipes. Life is fueled with good food and community. Whether we are outside on the trails or in the gym we know that we will go longer and get stronger when fueled with the right food.
