How We Got Started: Miles & Meals
Our story started on the trails. Shauna and Andrea became fast friends over miles of running and hours of conversation. As the miles added up, our talk always seemed to circle back to the same place: the kitchen.
We realized that while one of us lived in the world of clinical science and the other in the world of culinary creativity, we both believed that food should do more than just fill a plate—it should fuel a life well-lived. Together, Andrea and Shauna are the heartbeat of our kitchen, blending their unique strengths to make wellness feel like home.
Meet Andrea: A Registered Dietitian with over a decade of experience in clinical nutrition, sports performance, and wellness. She brings the "why" and the science-backed expertise to everything we do. Beyond the data, Andrea ensures every dish is as functional as it is flavorful.
Meet Shauna: The "how-to" expert who brings the science to life. Shauna’s culinary creativity translates Andrea’s clinical nutrition into relatable, practical, and digestible ways to fuel our daily lives. She specializes in turning healthy eating into craveable experiences.
